The location was convenient to both the train station and the center of town. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast exceeded our expectations.

In house room and restaurant good value. No gouging of my wallet. Booked junior suite upgrade to full suite on arrival without asking for any upgrade. Staff really friendly.

Room upgraded. Service excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Overall while it is an older hotel it is very well maintained and serviced.

Staff were excellent, especially the bar manager. Breakfast was very good and restaurant was run very efficiently. Bedroom was a very good size and bed was very comfortable.

Located just off the city centre but very quiet and with a lovely covered garden area to relax, eat & drink. Staff were very friendly and could all speak English. Room was comfortable and clean with a very large, comfortable double bed. Breakfast was superb and The Spoons restaurant food was delicious.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located. Our room was spacious and well-appointed in a modern-classic style. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The lobby bar, held in classic Italian grand hotel design, was well-frequented and the cocktails were first rate. Staff throughout was friendly and attentive.

We stayed here after our cruise from Ravena. Lovely Hotel ,great location. Close to town centre and walking distance to Train station. Great Gluten Free options for me at lunchtime and breakfast

Near the train station to go to the airport. Overall the room looked OK and it was not noisy. Breakfast was good. The little lake would look good if I would have been properly maintained.
